Valid, Cached PR6 with SIX PR6 PAGES and .EDU Backlinks

Discussion in 'Domains' started by bdmunee, Aug 9, 2007.

This PR6 domain used to pertain to a student led, evangelical group from a MAJOR university in the U.S.

There are a total of nine cached pages in G:
Six PR6 pages, two PR5 pages, one page with no PR.
    Check here

This domain gets all it's juice from the .edu backlinks pointed at it from the university where the students attend.

I have found that one of these is a PR7 here and another is a PR6 here. Here is another with no PR from the same .edu

When verifying the backlinks, ctrl+F on the page and find "Tuesday Night Fellowship"

There are probobly more backlinks as you can see from here that the site is mentioned a lot throughout the university website.

All PR pages have been verified manually by myself and with the two most reliable PR checker tools and are 100% valid and cached:

    Check here and here

If the auction meets my reserve, I will throw in a PR7 link from one of my personal sites although I doubt that you will need it.

    Minimum Bid: $600

The only two links that matter are the PR7 link and a PR6 link from an .edu.
which is why I put them in the original post.

Just FYI, you don't need a lot of backlinks to gain a high PR - just QUALITY ones.

As I stated, I will also give a strong PR7 link if my reserve is met.

If it's still available after the update I may just keep it for myself.

It's pretty clear that you don't have a clue OR an intention on bidding so stay off the thread.

I will bid $450 WITH your additional PR7 link. I need a little insurance to pay this much.

Current high bid is $450 - about the value of ONE good PR6 domain.

This domain has six, VALID, CACHED, GENUINE PR6 PAGES folks.

But it is a risk going into an update with all pr based on 2 "maybe" links. The third link you showed was a redirect. Who knows how long they last, maybe a week maybe forever. I have the sites to point links to make sure it stays pr6 if it survives the pr update. Otherwise I may have just purchased a very high priced pr4-5.

You're more than welcome to retract your bid then as I am not selling it for $450 anyway - my PR7 link alone is worth almost that much :)

I dont want to retract the bid, I like to gamble occasionally. And your pr7 text link is only worth $450 if someone will pay that, obviously they haven't if you are offering for $275. By the way, can you PM me the url for your pr7. I may want to buy one regardless of what happens on this domain.
