Hi, Google caching for my site is very slow. Mostly it is 20 days for my main landing pages. I can't update these pages on regular basis infact there is no updations to do. How can I increase the caching for my site??

Submit your sitemap.xml into all three major search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN).

You can submit a XML sitemap to the major search engines, however, if you are concerned about Google primarily there is a setting in Google Webmaster Tools that allows you to increase your crawl rate :)

with submitting your XML sitemap in your Google webmaster tool account, do bookmarking work of your website and that will surely increase Google caching for your website...:)

If it was a blog and if you are updating on a regular basis , your site would get cached on a daily or hourly basis . I your case it will take some time as you are not updating on a regular basis . Anyways , you can try to submit a sitemap on your Google webmaster account .

Thanks for all the suggestions. But all said almost same thing of XML site-map, which I have done already. I have XML site-map for my site and already have submitted it to Google. also its not a blog. I will focus on Social-bookmarking.
    more suggestions will be helpful.
