I will be free to add few hars comments. ( I hope I spell hars good ) :)

Way everybody save pictures ( map and logo in your case ) like JPG when its clear its need to be GIF format ?

And you have map ? Why dont take picture of that area with google map ?
Put picture there, and maybe conect you visitors with live google map ( google earth )...

    Your header picture sucks !
Buy one, or take one if you are there, you can buy great images for only 1 $ !

Menu and flash is ..... I dont like it, At least turn off italic in mouse over.
Also you can put your slogan in your title ;)

I for one liked your site. Pictures fading in on the right was effective.

I kept expecting to see the location of your rentals on the map. Did I miss them. If not, they surely should be there.

I wouldn't leave the white space on the left. I wouldn't jumk it up either. Maybe just add some color.

The intro to Long Beach was good. Again the white space rather than conveying simplicity, which a lot of sites lack, suggest something missing.

I think you have a great start here.
