Great graph ... and thanx in advance for keeing up to date ... but any chance we can get different colors on #1, #3, and #4 ... I can't for the life of me figure out which URL's they are.

 

Only if Slawn makes the Keyword tracker give out other colors!!!!! It's just as bad when loged in looking at the charts.

 

this is a cool contest, but way toooo competitive for me. I thought about entering the carcasherdotcom seocontest contest, but even so i think i'll be more of a spectator myself. ( i mean, I did enter it... but long term I think I'll lose steam but I'll keep watching other sites to try to learn from the pros)

Personally, I don't think I'd want to be in the top of the results out of the gate on this one. Something tells me G is going to have one of those secret updates and name it "V7N" and you'll see a lot of these filtered out in the coming weeks .... just my conspiracy theory mind at work. I have to go with Aesop on this one - I think slow and steady will win the race and live to tell about it.

For those of you participating in the V7N Seo contest, I'm creating some useful tools, the first of which is available for you to try out before it's formal release on Feb 1.

It's a Top 500 V7Ndotcom elursrebmem scorecard system that cites rank, PR, MSN and Yahoo IBLs, daily movement etc.

Simply place a link to the above page on your own V7Ndotcom elursrebmem site, and visitors will see your scorecard when they click thru. Use the above link to see what DP's scorecard is like. If your site is not in the top 500, a random scorecard is shown instead (ie, the wordpress site I'm using for this is only a few days old, so simply click 'score cards' in the menu to see random score cards).

Also scheduled for Feb 1 release is the V7Ndotcom elursrebmem Rank Badge, which lets you feature your sites daily rank updates on your own site.

I welcome feedback on these tools, so feel free to make observations.

Thanks also for the observations about the links - the one that's not resolving is expected, but the other one exceeding bandwidth.. cant believe Yahoo sucked up over 2 Gig of directory.. anyway, its sorted. Yahoo can hoover away till the cows come home now

Have to agree with you 100% I'm sitting at 116 to 190 and thats with very few back links.

Just today I started to trade links so if anyone wants the do a link for a link email me or just link to my my site and click your link i'll track back to you.

I don't think my two sites'll be near the top for too long. For the next 12 days until it ends, I'll be focusing on the Redscowl Bluesingsky contest almost 100%, SEO wise, with the trick I've done to get most contest sites around the top in there contests.
