V Bulletin Questions

I am thinking of getting a forum designed around vbulletin and just have a couple of questions that I hope you can answer.

    1. Is V Bulletin fully customizable in terms of design? ie could the header on www.cavfanatic.com be implemented into the site? I will have a similar header to use and just wanted to make sure.

    2. How much do you think it would cost to get a forum customized/built? I will be providing all graphics to the coder. I should say at this point that I will be going for the full CMS provided by v bulletin so there will be a home page, forum, blog, and contact page.

Thanks in advance for any replies!

    1. Incorporating the header would be a cinch.
    2. When you say all the graphics... you mean the "reply to thread button", "hot thread", "subscribed", "report this thread" buttons... each and every single one of them?

From my experience in setting up vB changing the basics is really easy, colours, widths - no problem. Its replacing all the detailed buttons that would take time and require a decent designer.

if you want to keep the architecture same with the new design it wont be much trouble. but with a major design change it could be significant work. however you can buy templates as well.
