I have a domain. You are first going to design a good skin related to niche for V-Bulletin forums. Then I will tell you to implement some custom mods in the forums. Then after the forums and site is completed i will need you to do SEO for the site. So main work is Designing a good vbulletin Skin Designing banners Designing landing page for forums Doing SEO( Only inpage SEO that includes, h1 h2 tags meta tags keywords titles and all other inpage SEO) I will handle links...
