    what is UTWPrimaryTags

    how do i use them in wordpress plugins ( UTW )

    better yet, how do i activate them so that my post will be tagged to technorati

    Are you referring to Ultimate Tag Warrior? If so, their visibility is set to "off" by default and you'll have to turn them on in the admin area. There are also lots of options for how you want them to be displayed (before articles, after articles, etc).

    It has a tag cloud feature, in the manual, you can find the code that will create the cloud for your sidebar or anywhere else.

    yes, I checked for you, it's actually in:

    WP Admin >> Options >> Tags >> Primary Content Tags
