UTM Tracking Code - URL with "#"

    Hello,

    I recently saw some urls with utm tracking code that starts with "#" instead of "?" (f.e. "http://www.skaterock.cz/#utm_source=uk&utm_medium=banner250x250&utm_content=UK_Ucetnistandard")

    Does using "#" in URL with utm tracking code have a different function/meaning than using a question mark?

    you can not get the correct statistics with "#"
