    What do you think about the utilities available for Microsoft products on the marketing? Like register cleaners, memory fragmentations, shut down faster,etc?
    Are them any good?! or they can even screw up your system faster?!

    I am talking here about softwares like:

    (it's very hard to believe they got 5 millions downloads, but anyway)



    Also they are "Microsoft Certified Partners" what that means anyway!? Can I also be an Microsoft Partner?!
