I am creating some files for some services, and I hit the problem with utf-8 , when I creating rss feed my browser is not showing content and feed validotor showing some error about utf8 ('utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x95 in position 6750: unexpected code byte (maybe a high-bit character?) ) even when I create google map, google can not read it, I think same problem ? any body hit same problem ?
I haven't had the problem, but try a hex dump and that should give you the ascii codes for all of your characters. That's how I track down some of these culprits, haha. Good Luck!
