Selling Ustram(.)tv - High traffic non-TM typo rising in traffic over time and continuing to!

Our ISOHint sale did so well (sold in under 50 minutes and prompted 2 people to contact me for traffic/revenue domains ) that we figured it was time to try another gem that we have - Ustram(.)tv. Obviously a typo of Ustream which is one of the most popular live broadcasting/streaming sites online and gaining in popularity. YouTube is nice and all with all the videos they have, but LIVE video is the next generation of tubes and rapidly approaching massive popularity. Most importantly, Ustream is not TM'd.

The Alexa rank of Ustream has gone up from about 2000 daily rank at the beginning of this year to the 300s in daily rank now and still rising. Have a look: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/ustream.tv

Here's the stats on this name:

Past 30 days: 1,380 unique visitors, $11.00 revenue (Screenshot 1 - Screenshot 2)
Past 365 days: 12,960 unique visitors, $165.38 revenue (Screenshot)

Note that the first month of that past year had only 820 uniques - so it's grown about 50% in traffic over the year. Also as you can see our parking provider has paid less on the traffic over time for some reason...chances are revenue could be maximized with another parking provider but we haven't tried.

Price: $600 (if going by the yearly revenue, this is close to the rate at which we sold ISOHint)

Price reduced to $500. If the traffic keeps rising on this at a 50% pace, it'd make it's money back in less than 2 years, presumably earlier if you can optimize it better!
