Using Youtube as a free advertiser Introduction: What is youtube? People mostly think of Youtube as a normal video hosting site for fun. But not me and you web developers should know its a free advertising area. Throughout this guide ill be telling you how to use youtube to increase your sites traffic while you sit down and relax. What to do: First off go and make a youtube account. Then find out what your site is about, then find a popular video which relates to your site e.g your site might be a hip hop site thats means get a hip hop video thats had alot of views. Once you have found your videos i would recommend DOWNLOADING IT using a youtube downloader. Then get a movie maker program. I use mircosoft movie maker because it came with the computer. MAKE SURE THE VIDEO DOESNT HAVE ITS WN CREDITS OR TITLE. Now add title to the movie this phrase is good BLAH" then goes into the video and for credits have the same thing. For description i would use: Then upload it onto youtube on your account. Once thats done wait and watch the traffic come in or on a forum people joining and posting. Example: This is the videos i have which link to my site; Now i recieve around 100 visits a day and more for FREEEEEEEEEE Conclusion: This was made so web developers which start and are new can have a break and not spend as much on advertising.
