I have more than one blog, and I use Twitter, Facebook, forums etc.. So far, I've been using the same picture of myself on all the blogs and on all the membership sites (even on this forum). Now, I'm about to do some changes. I'll be redesigning one of the blogs, and my designer asked me if I had any new pictures. I have new pictures, but I'm thinking that I should use one or maybe two pictures in order to brand myself. This way, people who sees the picture will recognize me right away. I'm thinking that if I use many pictures all over the web, it will be harder to recognize me and understand that they've actually been in contact with me before. What do you think? - jens -
I have this thing about branding so I usually stick my logo in spots you are referring to. That said, there is no palpable reason to not be personal about things. Using various images of yourself is not really an issue. It depends somewhat on what your inherent client base is but I often like to see different images of folks I frequent or read regularly. There is nothing wrong with being human hope that helps, Nigel
