Using yahoogroup to promote site

    Do you use yahoogroups to promote your site?
    I think sending invitation once to someone you did not know will not be considered as spam...(just once)?

    If so, I found a good solution to collect yahoo usernames that can be used in sending invitations.

    Let me have any comments on this. I think sending invitations via yahoogroup is better than sending a direct email from your email account which is considered spam.

    I have never used Yahoo Groups but never really thought about it. I suppose I could try it out once i have more content on my website. What is this solution that you are talking about?
