Using Yahoo Pipes and RSS Feeds On Subscription Site

    Hey all,

I just did a search on legal issues regarding using RSS feeds, but I didn't find exactly what I wanted, so here's my problem...

I am in the process of having a marketplace research site made that would be a subscription service (people will pay X amount of dollars to have access to my site.)

Now there will be lots of original content on this site, but I also want to include RSS feeds.

What I want is to take several feeds of NFL videos from the NFL site, run the feeds through Yahoo Pipes to sort them by date and then put them on my site.

Now keep in mind that people would not be able to view these videos without clicking on the link and being taken to the NFL's website. They wouldn't even be able to see a screenshot of the video on my site.
Basically, all I'm providing is an updated list of links to NFL videos.

On the NFL's website, it says that their feeds may only be used for non-commercial use, so this might be a really dumb question to ask because I am using them as part of a paid service. But like I said, nothing except a link to the video will be displayed on my site, so I just can't see them having a problem with this.

    What do you guys think?
