Using wordpress short url.Any good?

Hi you guys,


i have a wordpress movie site and i enabled the short url plugin.
Here is an example of one of my urls at the moment

http://moviebegins.com/daybreakers/

or do i need to put a category before the name of the movie.
I have 2 categories: Movies and Series

So the other options are http://moviebegins.com/movies/daybreakers/
or http://moviebegins.com/series/daybreakers/

Which one is better for SEO.The first one because its shorter or the second one because its organized in archives.

when i click the 2 links you gave me i see .com/category/title of movie

and not .com/title movie

So which one is better in your opinion.
the hierarchy/archive url or the title name movie url?

ok so i need to do it like the way surfers search on google am i right?

Let say daybreaker and my site is domain.com

then it would be domain.com/watchdaybreakeronline am i right?


watch daybreaker online has more searches then the one you proposed.

Personally I would just set your permalinks like so >

/%postname%/

And then concentrate on your titles and slugs when making posts/comments

That way you can target them all (your search terms I mean)
