Using Verified paypal. Please help me.

    I want to use verified paypal account from elsewhere than where it was created. For example my paypal is verified from UK and i want to use it in INDIA or NEPAl. Will i have any risk or problem? Please help me guys.

    i think you can use it to make your online payments but not to withdraw money

    Better if you inform them about this for your own safety or else why don't you close that account which you have opened from UK and then open another account from india ?

    Probably you can do it with a risk, I have seen lot of Pakisthan and Bangladesh users are handling Indian verified paypal accounts even they can't open a paypal account.
    But remember every time you have a risk to limit the account.

    Well, the best option is to open a new account from the country you are living. :)
    If you are from India then why to use a PayPal of UK. ?
    PayPal will surely take some action if you do so.

    If you are truly shifting your base, it would be worthwhile to inform Paypal of the same and seek solution from them itself, whether to continue using the same account or to create another one from the new country.

    But still Pakisthan and Bangladesh users are handling verified paypal account in India? What do you think? I have seen a reputed Bangladesh user has opened a selling thread to teach a way for withdrawing money to USA bank account.
    I saw, He is using a verified paypal account.
    So why he could do it? Can't paypal track his IP?

    i suggest you to email Paypal for support, otherwise the worst case may get account frozen, and you are taking a risk for that, email them will give you a 100% assurance.

    Proxy is not a good solution, There is a big chance to get limited. But Dedicated VPN is the best way. Anyway these things are not suitable. because when account get limited, minimal chance to recover it.

    Yes I think you can do it. I had my friends come over here at Nepal and they used their paypal here without any problem at all.

    If you can verify your address information, its not a risk to use a paypal account created from any country, also you can log into your paypal account from any location. PayPal doesn't compare the location IPs but they observe the transactions.

    Thanks: sampathsl. When they compare transaction then what is going to happen? My account is verified from USA and i am doing transactions from NEPAL. Please tell me about this also.
