So i got a working visa VCC and i tried to get my account verified but i am stuck at the last part

It will be in your statement dude, just check your account statement on your VCC site.

You would be at the mercy of both Paypal and the VCC account's holder (the one who sold it to you).

You will find the Expander Use Program number in your credit card statement and not in your email. If it was in the email, anyone can use a fake credit card number or one which is not theirs such as a VCC and verify their account.

Technically what you are doing is telling Paypal that you are the someone else (the bank account owner from which the VCC was generated) and using that someone's identity to claim to be you. If the account holder has a bad credit rating or is being flagged, you will get into trouble to.

 

i have verified the account, but still cant accept payments because i am in Albania

if i make an other paypal and register it with other Country it will get limited i guess because i got Albanian IP
damn paypal is damn strict !

 

why dont you use plimus or e-junkie to accept paypal buyers.... you will have no problem with these systems....
