    Yes!
    you can buy domains and hosting.But some copy ask card scan Copy.Then you have to provide card/Vcc Scan Copy.

    Here is no issue.because its also card and you can shopping anything online, via Telephone or where you not need card present.

    get reloadable vcc from entropay.. very good service

    we can use indian debit cards to fund the vcc too
