can I setup URL channels for URLs like this (each being a separate URL channel)? http://www.example.com/abc.asp?parameter=1 http://www.example.com/abc.asp?parameter=2 http://www.example.com/abc.asp?parameter=3 http://www.example.com/abc.asp?parameter=4 etc.. The point is that I want to track several of these SEPARATELY, each in its own URL channel. Possible?
Of course but, I would recommand you doing the following: Start a free blogger account at www.blogger.com (blogger belongs to google), when you are in you can make several blogs (maybe more than ten, but I don't know. every one with it's own domain like: parameter1.blogspot.com parameter2.blogspot.com ....... ....... and so on. Create new channels for every blog. Create ads for every of the channels (when creating the ads, everyone would have an own channel). Put the ads of parameter1.blogspot.com into http://www.example.com/abc.asp?parameter=1 and so on. Create some content for the blogs, and link back to your main site!. 1. you' ll get links back 2. you would have the guarantee of the right channels Hope that helped.
The point is that I don't want to create 100 Custom channels for every parameter. If somehow I could create URL channels for URLs like this: http://www.abc.com/?parameter=1 or http://www.abc.com/abc.html?parameter=1 or http://www.abc.com/abc.php?parameter=2 That would solve the problem. After all all 3 of these are different URLs.. so why can't I create 3 separate URL channels for them?
