    Sure, there's nothing wrong with using spammer.......ooo, twitter to get traffic. Personally I prefer people who seriously want to enter my site, but meh.....

    You can create a twitter account and post your website's update there
    Your followers would be able to see ur updates and visit your website.

    Twitter can't be held responsible for decrease in adsense earnings, it must be some other reason ...

    Twitter is no doubt a good source of traffic & traffic means more earnings
