Hey guys, lately I've been using some traffic exchange programs to get people to my blog, not a crazy amount about 100 per day along with about 100 organic people per day (it's a work in progress), but I've also been looking into PPM (pay per impression) ads and am looking to put them on this site. So I went to sign up and I read the requirements and this one ad program said that you can't use "paid to surf" programs, Does this mean traffic exchange programs or a program where you actually pay people to surf your site? and also while I'm using these traffic exchanges I see tons of sites using these PPM ads and other pop under ads, whats the deal with that?. Anyway I'm just confused about this whole subject and any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
