Using TLA "Starter Kit" Coupon When Already Publisher

I already have a publisher account with text-link-ads and publish some links on some websites.

I want to start advertising on TLA too using their "Starter Kit" coupon which gives you $100 off an order of $125 or more.

Can I do this? Or, do I not count as a new advertiser since I already am a publisher, and thus already have an account.

If I can use the coupon, how do I use it? I started to try by "adding funds" under the advertising section, but it took me right to PayPal and tried to get me to pay the whole $125.00 without a chance to put in a coupon code.

    Thanks,
    Scott

Edit: I emailed text-link-ads, and they gave me the following response which worked: "Scott, yes you can still use the starter kit promotion. To use it just enter "starter kit" in the promotions box at the bottom of the view cart page where you enter the link text and destination URL's for your links. This will take $100 off of the order total before you go to the payment page. Also, you do not necessarily have to use the add funds feature if you do not want to. You can just pay the amount at the time of checkout it you wish."
