Using tiny URL

    I have used tiny URL when i post my blogger link sometimes, could this end up being a problem with google in anyway (like with my ranking)

    In my own experiences, tiny URL would only help in traffic but not benenfit your SEO efforts.

    ok thanks, if it doesn't benefit the SEO then thats fine, i just do not want it to penalize my SEO....anybody know if it can penalize your SEO?

    no. but i think it would be best if you put the anchor text and the link even if its just a blogpost.

    It would have no both positive nor negative effect neither to your seo effort. However, I would recommend you putting nofollow to those link since it does not necessary to lose page value by give leaked outbound link.

    some social networking sites use it to make URL more shorter and so far i don't see any problem..

    Well, no it will not create any type of problem and you can utilize it without any confusion and it is very safe way and you can use it where there is any limit of the characters space so then we can actually reduce the length of our URL so that we can easily utilize it...

    i don't think any problem with this but u can use anchor tag.
