    For the last 36 hours, I have been struggling with this.

    The first major hurdle was gathering up my contacts from my various Gmail, Yahoo, Outook, Entourage, and Apple Mail accounts.

    The second hurdle was merging them all together. This took HOURS and was a huge mistake because facebook not only has a 5,000 daily limit on contacts, but also a 4MB file limit.

    This is a problem because my CSV file has 8,200 contacts and is 34MB in size. The reason the file is so big is because it's more than just emails, it's phone numbers, mailing addresses, order numbers, purchase history, and so on... So now I need to find a way to extract ONLY the email addresses and put them into a CVS file. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I struggling with carpel tunnel at this point. :(
