Using the same theme with a few color changes for more than 1 websites!!

Hi,

I have three sites. I want to use the same theme with just color changes for my 3 websites. Does this affect site marketing and ranking? Is it ok to do this?

It makes no difference. The theme is in the code - the googlebot is looking for content, not code.

Thanks to all who replied. But I mean, from the user point of view. Would users consider it copying/cheating or cloned sites?

 

Are all of these sites on the same "niche"? If they are all about the same topic with the same content and the same theme this could be an issue.

Niches are related to each other, but the content is totally different. Just theme layout such as nav bar, header, footer etc are the same.

 

no problem i had used same 5 site with differ content...................................
