Will using AdSense or AdWords as a
part of a domain name cause me problems?
    I mean legal issues?

Do a google search for adsense and you'll find a ton of domains with adsense in their name. Based on that, I'm gonna assume that you can use it.

They may still come after you though depending on your content. I know one or two have had to change their names recently

i believe the answer depends on how you use the domain name... if you use it with the adwords or adsense part somehow related to google adwords or google adsense, then i think you can get into trouble if google chooses to do something...

however, if you're not using the domain name that way, i don't think you have anything to fear. it's just like oracle is a big database company. if you have a website about gaming and the domain name is gamingoracle.com - why shouold you get into trouble?

also, it's interesting to note that adsense.com was actually registered before google's adsense - check it out - they're complaining about google but don't have the muscle to do anything...

the difference with oracle is that the word "oracle" was already common english before they started. Adsense is a made up word and used for branding so you are actually coming intot he grey area of brand infringement

    Hi friends,

If I use such domain names, they will
surely be on Google's AdSense and AdWords.
I can see a legal issue there. But, as MrX
said there tons of sites like this.

So, if my site is promoting Google, will they
    still consider to do something?
