Using STAND-OUT colors for AdSense !!

hi..

first i was using blended ads..which did'nt workded..now i am going with a STAND-OUT approach.tell me wat you think !!

i have used relatively catchy colors...and used strong brown on the right box

 

Hey good for you to try out with the new approach. Both ad units actually use strong colors and it sure make them stand out from the content itself. Do update us on the ctr and whether it has improved.

 

so far nothing came up ...

i wanted to ask from here..should i go for text or image ads on the top

 

I believe the ads are fine. How is your traffic to your website?

 

I think you can use image ads on header

yes,i am now focusing on it.and trying to do some serious link building and social bookmarking and other stuff.

 

Great site, I wouldn't worry to much about the advertising yet. Basically, after you build up your traffic, you will have a much better idea of how your click-through-rates are going to be. If you're getting 120 tech-savy people, the best you could expect is a click or two a day, if that. And attempting to get 5-6 clicks won't do you much good. I love your site, looks excellent, I'd focus more on the content for now, because your opportunities will be much greater in the future when you have more content.
