Using someone else's postal address for PIN

    Is this ok to do? I haven't recieved my Google Adsense PIN and I have a good amount of money that I really need to get access to. I was going to use my friend's address (he lives in the US). I live in the UK so that's probably why I'm having problems recieving the PIN by post. I have used the re-send feature 3 times, and it won't let me re-send the PIN again.
