Using SMF as my new forum script

    I am not at all familiar with SMF as a forum script.
    Maybe somebody can help me out here.
    I need to put a logo at the top, in place of the forum name.
    Plus how do I integrate google adsense into this forum?

    I've used SMF before. I haven't integrated adsense, but I'm sure if you search on the SMF site, you can find a mod. The SMF site uses Adsense, so I'm sure it's possible. As for the logo, you can change it in the Current Theme's Settings under the Forum Configuration. Select 'Modify the index template. (the main template)'. Find this line:

    echo $context['forum_name'];
    Code (markup):
    And change the echo to reflect your image. You might have to fiddle a bit with the table if your image is a weird size.

    From the admin panel of the forum, no such creature.
    Maybe because it is the latest version and it does not have that.
    Tried and tried through cpanel, etc.
    Nothing...
    So will just eliminate this useless thing and go back to phpbb, where at least I know what I am doing.
