I'm going to buy Shoutcast hosting from some company, and I'm wondering what are the legal issues involved with streaming the music? All the music I'm putting on there has been bought from either stores or Itunes.

You would need a license to do it legal.

yes a license , if not anytime they can close it if there is a complaint, but usually nobody makes complaints against a small radio station

it is illegal to steam music from you home to which you do not own the license for.

I think you will find its illegal to play any music to a public audience without license and without paying royalties.
