Using Pubmatic with CJ

Does anyone use Pubmatic as an ad server with CJ? I use them for ad networks like adsense, banner connect, etc., and now I was thinking about trying affiliate ads again. I'm thinking I may need a different ad server though. For example, if I have a page with 2 468x60 spots on it and 6 468x60 ads I'd like to be able to have appear in those spots, it looks like I need to pick specific ads for specific spots. There's probably something I'm missing, I know. I like Pubmatic because I can let it contact the ad networks and update the eCPM values for me (on most networks, anyway). I was with Google Ad Manager before, and might go back there...
