Please don't spread wrong messages. If you have solid proof, then post it here. All CC's work with paypal and most of the Nationalized and Private banks too

narayan83, i've got an update; today i went to HDFC bank to enquire about the forex prepaid card, they said that they won't be able to issue it until and unless we do not provide them the a photocopy of passpost and air tickets for the travel. They cannot issue it just for online transaction. So, HDFC is out.. let's see if any other bank can issue it without any hassel or better stick to entropay.

I called up HDFC bank just now, and they said all they need is a copy of passport, nothing else... Almost all banks have these kinds of cards.

I had never used Indian prepaid cards, but prepaid cards like Payoneer (issued from USA) works perfectly with Paypal.

I dunno, maybe the eligibility varies from place to place or they issue it on their own risk. Afterall it's completely upto them to issue to whom they like.

I've heard a lot about Payoneer prepaid cards. But when I checked their site, I came to know that they don't issue it but their partners do. I'm not into any kind of online trading or business; can you suggest me any way, how to get one?

Almost all freelance sites now have payoneer as an option. Register there, apply for the card, and pay fees (upto 19.95 dollars) to get it.

Payoneer prepaid card DOES NOT WORK to withdraw funds from PayPal because it´s a Mastercard debit card, and PayPal does not accept it. I´ve been using PayPal since 2003 and Payoneer since 2004. I tried tons of times, called them. Impossible.

But I was wondering how the Payoneer Virtual US account works as they promote it as a good option to withdraw funds from PayPal. I filled my application yesterday. Still no response.

you say Payoneer card works with PayPal. Could you explain how? You mean withdraw funds from PayPal to a Payoneer card? Because I don´t think that is possible.
