Using Popads and Bingads

    So I just recently received payments from survey sites for $70. And I wanted to spend all of
    the money on a Bing Ads campaign for a blog I have been working on. I have used Bing Ads in the past and with a $15 campaign I was able to get 800 visitors and 133,000 impressions. But for this site I use Popads on it. Will Popads allow me to use Bingads for traffic, and will I get paid? If so, do you think I could make a good amount of money?

    I would not advise to do that. Any bought traffic won't work well with PopAds.
    Also, as you said 800 visitors got you 133k impressions - I find it very suspicious for bought traffic(I have no direct experience with BingAds).
