    Hi,

I have a project to build niche websites with PLR materials. These niche websites will used a paid subscription.

The problem I have for the moment with many PLR materials is that many said that I can use the material in a paid membership site... but I have no information about this form of usage.
    In brief,
[1] Am I obliged to used the pdf as pdf, just puting the pdf in the membership site?
[2] Can I copy the document an put it as a content in the membership site?

The second usage interested me and is the base of by business plan

    Thanks!

Did you receive the PLR articles from a PLR service, or as a bulk package from somebody on a forum?

If you got them from a service, check the service's website. They will have laid out the rules for usage. Generally, as a person that has paid the membership fees, you are allowed to rewrite (most PLR services prefer this and some require it) the article, label yourself as the author, change format, etc....

If you got them in a huge package from somebody on a forum, then you probably don't have the legal right to do anything with them. Most PLR sites limit the number of participants to try to avoid duplicate content issues. In addition, very few PLR services give the members the rights to resell the articles.

My goal is to build a library, (a subscription library where people subscribe to read or listen to audio book), not to sell the plr

I'm not saying you are. I'm saying that if you got them from a forum member then they most likely did not have the right to sell them.

Even if you do not charge money for specific articles, having a subscription service is commercial. In order to use them in this fashion legally, you would have needed to pay the PLR membership fees or bought them from somebody with resale rights. Generally, PLR articles are for members only (though not always).
