    Yeah, but the reality is that if someone gives you permission they are unlikely to be filing a lawsuit against you - that just does not make a whole lot of sense. The upshot, and where we agree, is you should get permission to use images.

    If the real owner found your copied their image, you may get yourself into trouble.
