Using Photos of Big corporations?

    I was pondering something if I wanted to use some photos from a online magazine could I use a few of them and right a review and link the the original website?

    If i wanted to review cars on a blog could I use photos of the car found on a site such as "Honda.com" and link to them?

    If not how would I go about getting permission to use these types of photos?

    You need express permission to use any photograph you do not own. A link does not give permission unless they say so. Email or call the site displaying the photo to see who is the copyright owner and obtain permission.

    Many companies provide photos of their products for the media to use in reviews. Check the site's media relations page (or similar).
