Using Pepperjam with eBay RSS?

I don't use Pepperjam (yet) with ePN, but I'm just wondering how Pepperjam members can use their affiliate ID on eBay's advanced search page?
Do you select eBay Partner Network as your Affiliate Tracking provider?

I've had lots of requests to add Pepperjam Network support to TWP Auctions...

Hi, yes, people keep asking me, for similar reasons, but I have no idea unfortunately. I don't think it is possible currently, I think you can only use the creatives and things that Pepperjam gives you - but I haven't bothered signing up yet...

P.S. Nice work with TWP Auctions, mate - you seem to have put a lot more work into the plugin (and your blog) than I have into my offering :) Currently I am really wondering about the future of auction sites made with these kinds of plugin - I don't know what your users say, but seems to me Google has got VERY sniffy about "thin" auction sites lately (though Yahoo is keeping me above the breadline). I am wondering whether it is worth putting that extra work into a site to make Google (ok, and the visitors) happy, i.e. will it have any effect. Or should we perhaps be working on ways to trick Google! Perhaps by trying to alter the content of the feed even more to get rid of some of the eBay "distinctives" (though the thumbnail link is always a giveaway) ... any thoughts?

Excellent - yeah, I'm paying, like, my local council charges with it :)

Always glad to hear people are making use of it!

Well, I will definitely have to look into the PJ option then - seems people are very worried...

In the ebay blog they describe what "engaged user is" quite frankly still difficult to know what the heck a user will do after they click your link.

Nearly impossible to determine that is for certain.

Yes - how you are supposed to send only "engaged visitors" I have no idea. I mean, when I signed up for eBay I bought a few things but haven't traded on there since (because I'm living abroad) - so I am hardly an engaged visitor. I don't know if anyone earned an ACRU for me joining, but how exactly are you supposed to predict the users' activity after that...

It seems like what they are really getting at is targetted traffic - I guess that's why they are down on untargetted banners all of a sudden (the banners THEY gave us..!) - probably niche feed-type sites have a much better chance at meeting their mysterious criteria... We hope, anyway.
