Using Paypal with godaddy

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me if you can use unverified paypal to purchase domains on godaddy? By unverified I mean a paypal with no bank account added, but has funds.

    No you can't . You need to verify your account using any of the method.

    You can't do it with godaddy. You can buy from name.com with verified Paypal account without linking any CC or VCC.

    Godaddy need verified paypal account and also paypal account must Linking to Bank Account or active Credit Card

    I suppose you will be unable to use that in any case and in the case with any domain name registrar

    you must verify the pay pal first before can do transaction in godaddy

    even i had the same query....god i have money in PP but cant get a domain at godaddy

    i guess i have to go with some other registrar..

    Godaddy needs verified paypal account.

    You can buy domain at other domain registrars such as namecheap,domainsite etc. with your unverified paypal account.

    I faced the similar problem when i had to buy a domain from godaddy . i used Vcc to verify my paypal and bought a domain using it .

    I believe you need a CC or a bank account ATTACHED to your PayPal account too.
