Using PayPal or Google Checkout in Ukraine with Payoneer

Hello,

I'm using payoneer to get money from my clients, but they have problems with sending funds to me. So, since payoneer enabled Virtual Bank Account feature for me, I've decided to give it a try. My clients from USA were happy to use Paypal or Google Checkout, instead of direct card-to-card payments.
But, not I have a problem: they can't send money to ukrainian paypal account. Is there something I can do with that? Maybe create a new account, with USA address (for example with my Virtual Account bank's address)?

Well, they have virtual bank account in USA for their customers, but I read somewhere, that Moneybookers is European service, so it's not possible to work with payoneer and moneybookers together.

I can help you. I have lots of Ukranian friends and what they do is they transfer the money over to my verified paypal account here in the Philippines, then after I have withdraw it in 2 business days, I then send it over back to them using Western Union. All you need is to trust. I'm just offering my help.
