Using Paypal canadian account from outside canada is that ok?

hi i am using paypal canadian account from a non paypapl country. after getting verified by my relatives can i continue to use it? or will paypal suddenly close the account? plz somebody describe in details.
Or if i add my mail add to my relatives paypal account of canada can i sign into that account and send or request money?

 

be careful you could raise paypal red flag when logged in using ip addresses from different countries. i once did this, forgot to turn off my proxy and my paypal account suddently turn into limited T_T

 

You can still use it because I know some one from California that uses a Austrian account all you have to do is say that you are a resident of where ever you are from.
