I was just curious how some parked domains get accepted into the Google search network with their parked domains. Are these domains owned by individuals, or is it some big company that owns thousands of domains?

People park their domains with a parking company such as sedo and that company has the agreement with Google, not the individuals.

    - You can redicrect un-monetized traffic to any url of your choice.
    - Future to receive offers on your domain.
    - block unrelated keywords.
    - Detailed stats.
