using other people's pictures on social networks?

    is it illegal to use other peoples pictures as say your facebook profile picture? just some random someone's picture you foound on the web?

    wat are the rules about this?

    Its illegal to use someone personal pic on net.
    But the ones which are already on net like that of celebrities are OK to use. :)
