I've got 2 lists of of products, with apx 2000 item in each list.

Is there a way I can check one list against the other and remove/highlight any duplicates?

I want each list to be unique.

OpenOffice gurus - please help me :)

Yes you can do a search in OO. But I really need a "compare & copy duplicates" filter/formula...

    EDIT - Problem solved.
Thought I'd post the answer in case anyone else ever needs to do the same thing. I found some great software to compare lists, it's not free but it rocks
