I’m into making a new website but I need some advice for the Menu.

This is a Menu that I want to use for a domain leatherhandbags.com (just an example here). The keywords are just examples, not the ones I will use for my site:

    Home
    Patent Leather Handbags
    Soft Leather Handbags
    Coach Leather Handbags
    Brighton Leather Handbags
    Leather Hobo Handbags
    Prada Leather Handbags

Now my pages will be named like this:
    leatherhandbags.com/patent.html
    leatherhandbags.com/soft.html
    leatherhandbags.com/coach.html
    leatherhandbags.com/brighton.html
    leatherhandbags.com/hobo.html
    leatherhandbags.com/prada.html

The Titles for the pages will be like this:
Patent Leather Handbags Online – Patent Bags For Women
Soft Leather Handbags Online – Soft Bags For Women
Coach Leather Handbags Online – Patent Bags For Women
Brighton Leather Handbags Online – Patent Bags For Women
Hobo Leather Handbags Online – Patent Bags For Women
Prada Leather Handbags Online – Patent Bags For Women

The content of the site will be like 500 words articles for every page.

So with these Menu links and page titles I think it will be a bit hard to make the keyword density lower than 4 % for the Menu link keyword phrases such as "Soft Leather Handbags" etc. and also for the keyword phrase "Leather Handbags".

Is it better to have the Menu like this instead?

    Home
    Patent
    Soft
    Coach
    Brighton
    Hobo
    Prada

That kind of Menu will make it much easier to have more keyword phrases in the content instead of the Menu.

So what to prefer? I have seen many sites with long tail keywords in the Menu but for me it looks like a bit spammy. Here is one example:
    handbagheaven.com

For me i prefer long tail keywords for the chances of maximizing your words into a much stronger capacity.

in my part, I am into using keywords instead of keyphrases. It is more simplified and easy to promote. Just a tip – when writing your article, just include a few related keywords. A number of 3-5 that is. This is to cut-down the possibility of being keyword-stuffed.

Keyword research is the core of any SEO campaign, since the keywords you pick during the research will be included in your website copy, into your PPC campaigns and any other website promotion campaigns. In a sense, keyword research is similar to customer research, because you are studying what words your potential clients use when searching for your service or product.

Here is what you need to do to run a solid keyword research:
