using of <br> tag more is good for SEO

    Putting the entire copy in bold (or emphasis, or h1 tags) is useless. Using h1, em, and bold is good for SEO because it gives emphasis to the keywords compared to 'normal' words. So only emphasize what needs to be emphasized.

    exactly. the SE's look at how things are relatively laid out on the page. what's bold vs everything else, what's closer to the top of the page vs everything else, etc.
