    google analytics data is not affected by nofollow code.

    Hi,

    It will not affect Google analytics data, How ever Google search engine bot will recognice the nofollow code and will not pass the webpage rank to outside links that you used with nofollow code. We use this to protect our website page rank.

    Yes, you can use, do-follow & no-follow matters in term of backlinks only.
