    Hey!

I have been making own short films and I have used copyrighted music like linking park.. Videos has been releases only on the internet.

Can I get any problems if I sell ads for the webpage where you can watch the video? or if I sell and displayed ads on the video? You can watch/download the video for free.

You bet. You didn't license the music, and while it's only likely you or your provider will recieve a takedown notice, you could still be liable for copyright infringement.

Just because people do it all the time on the web doesn't mean it's legal. If you're prepared to be the test case, go right ahead. Otherwise, search for some public domain or otherwise freely licensed music.
