Using multiple keywords for anchor text?

    Hello,

    I have two keywords I'm targetting.

    For example the first is:
    1) blue dogs

    And the second keyword is:
    2) blue dog jump

    My question is, if I optomize for the 2nd keyword, blue dog jump, will it also be optimized for the first (blue dog)?

    So in essense, I can get the best of both keywords in a single anchor text listing?
