Using MS sql with Optigold

Is anyone using MS sql with Optigold, if so would you share your sql statement to set up the email accounts, and what if they have more than one email account.

P.s. I think I am almost there I have been able to get OG to write the email username and passord to the users table in my database, but I am still stumped as to what if they have more than 1 email account.

 

Then you should think of creating another row with a different primary key.
